I was born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin in 1943. I was raised on my Grandparent’s farm with all kinds of animals. My Grandparents taught me to love and respect all animals, insects, plants, and trees. I don’t like spiders though. As an adult I have owned a small ranch with many animals and raised a few head of cattle and horses.

I was a Back Office Medical Assistant for about 17years. I later decided to become a Dog Trainer and graduated from K-9 Command Dog Training College. At that time I quit working for doctors and started training dogs for family obedience, tracking and personal protection work. Year 2004 is my 30th year of training dogs. I fell in love with the Doberman breed about the same time and bred a few litters with good lines and continued training dogs.

I have never owned anything but doberman’s from my first one, however I love ALL breeds of dogs. Then about 18 years ago while training a dog it occurred to me that I should start including pet sitting into my business. Best thing I ever did…well…except….for for the part of having to work 7 days a week every day of the year. I am also a Reiki Practitioner, level two. This is energy work and I work on animals when they are stressed or ill. This is done separately from Pet Sitting. I am trained to recognize illness and potential problems before they become a reality in all animals. I am a professional who is dependable and take my commitment to caring for others furry friends VERY serious. I have resided in Auburn, CA for 34 years. For the past three years I have lived in Roseville, CA and like it much better here. I am divorce after 17 years of marriage, have two children, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.I am owned by two Doberman’s Sunka and Summer and do Doberman rescue work. I have a 19 year old cat who has NEVER had one sick day in her whole life! I also have a 9 year old cat that I rescued off of the freeway when she was only 1 year old, also never been sick a day in her life.As you can see, animals are my life and I wouldn’t want it to be any other way.
